RideShake, is seeking a Solution Finder to join our remote Customer Support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner while working independently in a remote work environment. The Solution Finder will be the primary point of contact for customers and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to RideShake customers through phone, email, and chat channels while working remotely
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and effective manner while working independently
- Troubleshoot customer problems and find creative solutions to meet their needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in a remote work environment
- Continuously improve knowledge of RideShake products and services to better serve customers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize and connect with customers while working remotely
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and logically in a remote work environment
- Ability to work independently and self-manage while working remotely
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment
- Experience in customer service or related field is a plus
