RideShake is seeking a Vice-President of Ancillary Revenue to oversee the development and execution of RideShake’s Ancillary Revenue optimization strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and managing initiatives that drive additional revenue streams for the company, while also improving the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Ancillary Revenue optimization strategy for RideShake
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through add-on products and services such as warranties, financing, and insurance
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Product to execute on the Ancillary Revenue strategy
- Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors to maximize revenue opportunities
- Analyze data to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Ancillary Revenue initiatives
- Manage a team of Ancillary Revenue professionals to achieve revenue targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in revenue optimization, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful Ancillary Revenue strategies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
